The Kerby Water District (KWD) will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, Mar. 20, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Kerby Belt Building, 24353 Redwood Hwy. The meeting will include but not be limited to monthly business and financial reports. This is a public meeting and both the public and district members are encouraged to attend. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
This is to give notice that on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. the Cave Junction City Council is scheduled to meet in accordance with Land Use Hearing Rules and ORS 197.763, will hold a Public Hearing to consider a Land Partition submitted by Timothy & Andrea Schaeffer for property located at 600 Schumacher St. Assessor’s Map (39-08-21-BB TL 1303). This property is currently zoned Single Family Residential and is currently one tax lot at 4.21 Acres. The request would create three tax lots; the first one would be 2.10 acres, the second would be 1.46 acres and the third one would be .64 acres. Possible actions include Approval, Approval with Conditions, Disapproval, Table, or Continue.
