Nov. 11
*A Californian who did not speak Oregonian was cited for 92 in a 55 and no operator’s license.
*James Dorsey was warned for no seatbelt and cited for driving while suspended.
*Frank Lundrigan was cited for menacing and released. Lundrigan allegedly offered to take care of some people with his pocket knife.
*Katherine Rodriguez was picked up on a warrant for a probation violation.
*A white Tacoma had expired registration.
*Driver was cited for no valid operator’s license and warned for speeding.
Nov. 16
*Aaron Floria was picked up on two warrants. The first was from Yolo County for parole violation and another parole violation from Oregon Parol Board for felon in possession of a firearm, assault 4 and delivery of fentanyl.
*Jack was asked to leave by his roommate to leave. Jack didn’t leave. Jack yelled at his roommate. Jack allegedly slammed his roommate’s head into a wall. When law enforcement arrived Jack Allen was found to be in possession of crystals consistent with meth, a pipe, scale and profit and loss statement. Don’t be like Jack, don’t yell at your roommate, especially when you have meth.
*A driver was cited for 63 in a 45.
*Unlike Jack, a driver was cited for speeding. No meth, just 67 in a 45.
*Joseph Kapphann was wanted by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office for all kinds of sexual felony charges. Bail is set at $35k.

Nov. 17
*Driver cited for 75 in a 55 and no operator’s license.
*Angeline Johnson doesn’t listen very well. After being warned in the past about being places she shouldn’t be, she was charged with criminal trespass 2.
*I hate to be like this but I am sick of writing about knuckleheads who don’t license their dogs. This one was a chihuahua that bit someone.
*Poor Joseph Doyle was found to be in possession of two vehicles and a license plate that were not his to possess. Doyle was charged with two charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft 3.
Nov. 19
*In two separate incidents Buty Patrick Appello and Matthew Patten were cited for driving while suspended.
Nov. 25
*James Junks was intoxicated and harassed his mother. Not only was he charged with strangulation he apparently got into it with his dog, adding animal abuse to the list of charges.
*Another dog got his owner in trouble because it didn’t have a license When will dogs stop getting owners in trouble for not being licensed?
*Two drivers were cited for speeding.
Nov, 26
*A man was observed on Foothill going “into a corner too fast west bound and losing control sliding sideways through the corner going across both lanes nearly crashing into the ditch.” He was cited for careless driving.
*Carrie Arnott was given accommodations at the jail on charges of assault 4, domestic. Its alleged by a neighbor that she broke her boyfriend’s nose.
*Another darned dog call. Good grief people, license your dog.
*Samuel Yost was picked up on a warrant.
*Driver was cited for speeding and warned for expired registration and no insurance.
*After a verbal confrontation fueled by alcohol, a father and a son became physical. The boy threw his father on the ground and strangled dad. Evan Clark was charged with two charges of strangulation, menacing and assault 4.
Nov. 27
*A custody disagreement went south and Grae Murray was charged with violating his restraining order and resisting arrest.
*A service dog was the cause of a call to 911. People across the street were lighting off fireworks upsetting the animal. Breaking laws is stupid when you have a warrant for distribution and possession of fentanyl. The explosive evening ended when Richard Willams went to jail.
*Like dog licenses, driving while suspended is awfully common.
