Nov. 1
*Jerome Black was able to get his Ford Ranger up to 69 mph. Sadly, it was in a 45 zone and was cited.
Nov. 2
*Apolonio Medez was arrested for robbery 3, theft 3 and had a sleepover at the jail.
*Andrea McGrath seems to be averse to trespassing charges. While being trespassed from property on Thompson Creek it was found that she had two fail to appear warrants for Trespass.
*Some people never get it. Someone with a suspended driver’s license was driving without headlights on. The unknown genius was cited for driving while suspended on Watkins St. citation.
*Rachael Lowdwen’s dad had to come get her car when she was arrested for possession of meth. Meanwhile her male friend was detained for a probation violation stemming from his robbery 3 conviction.
*They / them found out that 71 in a 40 will get you a ticket.
Nov. 3
*Racer X was cited for 63 in a 45.
*Krisana Soderlund had a warrant for failing to appear on a resisting arrest charge. She was held on a 10k bond.
*In the same incident above, local favorite Fernando Dominguez felt the need to one up Soderlund. Our old pal Dominguez had three fail to appear warrants; delivery and possession of meth, driving while suspended and a probation violation for unlawful use of a motor vehicle. UUMV is what used to be called theft of auto.
*Troy Enloe was picked up for two warrants out of Jackson County.
*Three separate unlicensed and nuisance K-9 incidents were documented.
- Make that four K-9 calls.
Nov. 4

- Daniel Wells didn’t believe the restraining order that he was served, was legit. So, it seemed logical that he returned to the residence. Wells was subdued at taser point and given a room at the jail.
*Separate calls about a man with a blanket attempting to gain entry to a home and a cars resulted in the arrest of Tony E Martinez for two charges of criminal trespass and two unlawful enter to a motor vehicle. - A driver was cited for no valid operator’s license, driving while suspended and driving without headlights.
*Daniel Deleone did go to court for his probation violation for possessing fentanyl so he went to jail.
*Gun shots prompted a call to 911. The caller said her friend was staying with her. The friend recently kicked the alleged shooter to the curb. After a chase with the deputies that included the use of road spikes Ryan Bohannon was in possession of a firearm including fired shell casings. You get a night or so in jail when you get arrested for menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
*four more dog issues.
*A caller stated that an allegedly intoxicated woman was banging on his door. Around these parts that in of itself isn’t all that unusual. However, Dixie Nicholson, the door banger had a restraining order against the caller behind the door. Nicholson was arrested for trespass 2.
Nov. 5
*Stephanie Lynn Fisher was cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
*Dustin Kelly’s probation officer was lodged on a warrant for failing to appear on assault 4. Kelly was also wanted in New Mexico for shoplifting but the law enforcement agency said Oregon was to far for them to get him.
*JoCo Jail rewards member and frequent rider of deputy cruiser’s, Eric Spears went to jail. Had Spears not been verbally abusive to his father, he likely wouldn’t have gone to jail for on a meth warrant.
*Barefoot woman had little to do with this call but hey, she is in the report. Meanwhile Cichael Carrero had a warrant from GP for possession of meth and went to jail.
*What started with a person looking for a birth certificate and was upset over a newspaper article, ended up with Casey Economy in jail. Economy became agitated about a land dispute with someone; things went down hill from there. End result is Econ is facing charges of domestic assault.
*More California money is coming due to Tengfei Li doing 71 in a 55.
Nov. 6
*Bunch of gobbledygook but somehow Steven Daniel Aselsperger was charged with criminal mischief for something that happened at an Airbnb and a keyed vehicle.
*A person was inside a smoking vehicle after a rollover. The three children in the vehicle were not in need of medical attention. However, the mother was transported to Three Rivers Medical Center for non life threating injuries. The driver, Katia MacMillian stated she only had one shot of vodka to explain the strong smell of alcohol her breath. MacMillian was charged with three counts of reckless endangering, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Nov. 7
*They/them were cited for driving while suspended,
*Jerry Lee Peterseon wearing a Trump hat turned himself into the jail for a fail to appear warrant for driving under the influence.
*Colton Shults was picked up for a fail to appear warrant.
*Someone was charged with driving while suspended.
Nov. 8
*Cedar Halvorson was cited for going 60 in a 40.
*A woman was acting squirrelly was getting loud with a man. Crystal Mae Lucas was arrested on a Jackson County fail to appear warrant for, wait for it, disorderly conduct.
*Driving with expired registration will get you a warning buy the driving while suspended gets a citation.
*Jermin Sange was in a hurry but he lost time when he was cited for driving 92 in a 65.
*Theodora Veronica Rich failed to obay a traffic control device. She was warned for the previous and failing to carry proof of insurance. She was cited for driving while suspended.
