Oct. 20
*A traffic stop ended with Charles Arthur Lambert being cited for a fail to appear warrant in Linn County.
*Driver was cited and released for driving while suspended and uninsured.
Oct. 21
*Michelle Richardson was camping on BLM land, she was cited for trespassing.
*According to David Rich’s mother, Rich had been using meth lately. Meth is likely why he wanted to ill his mother. Well, that explains why she had a restraining order in place against him. Rich went to jail and is facing charges of menacing and violating the restraining order.
*Karin Cole was picked up on a Wasco County warrant for possession of meth.
*Did you know people were still arrested on marijuana possess charges? Well Cody Morgan now knows. Morgan was put behind bars for possession of and delivery of marijuana. Wonder how much he had?
*Puddin and Tiger’s owner was cited for two counts of unlicensed K-9. The owner’s sidekick was less fortunate; Gregory Johnson was taken to jail on a warrant out of Central Point.
*James Howard was cited for Trespassing.
*For some reason Robert Smith was resisting arrest, not sure what he was being arrested for.
*A driver was having difficulty keeping the vehicle between the lanes. The driver was cited for driving while suspended and had to wait for someone to come get her and the vehicle.
*Use your turn signals if you don’t have a valid license. Jeremy Sorensen was cited for driving while suspended.
Oct. 22
*Sarah Jaentsch was taken to jail for a fail to appear warrant.
*Every day is a learning experience, today a driver learned that driving without insurance will get you a warning but driving with an expired registration will get you cited.
*Freya was a free-spirited dog. She liked to roam and bite neighbors occasionally. Seems the behavior wasn’t appreciated as her dog mom was cited for K9 as a public nuisance.
Oct. 23
*Malheur County was looking for Tony Dale Young. A hold warrant for felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful purchase of firearm and false information in connection with transfer of a firearm.
*Aeon Maujean hit a log truck and ended up being charged for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
*A Honda Prelude was cited 80 in a 55 and warned for failing to register and not having insurance.
*Eugene Cruz was being carless and left his lane forcing a deputy to hit a concrete divider.

*Keep your fences fixed if you don’t want puppies to escape. If you have a stalking order violation warrant for you, keep your fences fixed if you don’t want law enforcement to come to your house. Kary Anne Miller was cited in lieu of arrest.
Oct. 26
*Gregory Johnson was arrested for burglary 2, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief for taking a motorcycle that wasn’t his.
*Donald Howell stumbled around after taking out a fence with his vehicle. Howell was given a bed at the sobering center.
Oct. 27
*A verbal altercation starting after a make and female were drinking. After pulling the female from the bathroom where she was barricaded, Soul Orourke-Mercer started to hit her and then threw her out of the house. When roommates attempted to attend to the lady, Orourke-Mercer started to threaten them. The female was transported to Three Rivers Medical Center by AMR and Orourke-Mercer was transported to jail for charges of assault 4 and two charges of menacing.
*Nicholas Knowles was picked up on a Medford PD warrant for failing to appear on meth charges.
*Brandon Davis was scooped on a probation violation detainer.
*A friend had to have a pal pick up his vehicle due to driving while suspended and uninsured.
*Brandon Healey was arrested and booked into jail for eluding deputies on a quad.
*Two vehicles go boom on 199 and Hanby. One driver cited for failing to yield.
*Jeffrey Leon DeYong was just changing his clothes in the Lil Pantry parking lot. Unfortunately, he was asked to leave a hand full of times before he made some threats. DeYong now has to find a new place for wardrobe changes as he is trespassed.
Oct. 28
*A driver was cited for 63 in a 45.
*His name was John. He was cited for three counts of public nuisance K-9, and one count of no license. Oh, John really needs a fence too.
*Chastity Pinedo missed her court date for possession of meth. She went to jail.
