Oct. 11
*Toribio Gutierrez Gonzalez was cited for 82 in a 55.
*Things weren’t smooth sailing for Ruth Saylor. After a trip to Three Rivers Medical Center for a blood alcohol test se went to jail for driving under the influence and reckless driving. When the captain has to much rum to sail, turn the helm over to a skipper.
Oct. 12
*Someone was warned for speeding and no insurance.
*A woman had to get someone to get a vehicle as the driver was cited for driving while suspended.
*Oct. 12 was drive while suspended and get someone to get your car as two more unnamed people found themselves in the same situation.
Oct. 13
*Another driving while suspended citation.
*After a joint and 3 20oz beers Ryan Bishop was acting inappropriate at Forks Park. On the way to the hospital for a blood draw he became irate and was kicking the doors of the cruiser. Bishop spent the night in jail for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
*Johnathan Carlson was a warrant and was scooped up and taken to the JoCo Jail.
*This guy only got a warning for speeding. However, the speed demon didn’t have an operator’s license and failed to install ignition interlock device came with a citation.
Oct. 14
*Aden Arnold Carpenter was given a bed at the sobering center. Carpenter was stopped for failing to drive within lane and showed indicators of DUII- alcohol. After failing field sobriety tests he was charged with driving under the influence.

Oct. 15
*A lady’s dog left her property and went to the neighbor’s house. That ended when the neighbor called 911 to report being trapped in their house due to the dog growling at them. The dog owner was cited for no license and public nuisance K9.
*Someone was warned for failing to obey traffic control device and cited for driving while suspended and uninsured.
*Apparently deputy 1742 doesn’t put names in his reports. A driver was cited fro driving while suspended and the vehicle was towed.
*Ian Berry had a handful of warrants and when confronted by deputies he gave a false name. Mr. Berry went to jail with a new charge of providing false information to a peace officer.
Oct. 17
*April Waggoner was doing 74 in a 45.
*California driver Kevin Hiner gave us money for doing 83 in a 55.
*If you are waiting for Danny Winn to drop off your meth, he couldn’t make it. Winn was found to be in violation of his probation. Sadly, the 20 grams of meth were on his person and now he as new charges of possession. “
*This wasn’t very clear but Austin Jackson was charged with driving while suspended. The gobbley gook aka call log used words like Fed PO, robbery in progress and a Jackson County case. Good luck figuring out what happened.
*Robert Sutherland was arrested after hiding in multiple Chinese food restaurants in GP. Sutherland was booked into jail on assault four charges. Assault four (4) is domestic which results with mandatory charges.
*Kacee Farwell was picked up on a warrant.
*Jonathan Williams was trespassed from a lady’s living quarters.
*Daniel Crisel was dinged for driving while suspended.
*Harley Hopkins didn’t have an operator’s license. The genius was pulled over for not having tail lights.
*Jayton Spangler was driving while suspended.
*Dian Reynolds was clocked doing 80 in a 55.
Oct. 18
*This wasn’t very clear but Austin Jackson was charged with driving while suspended. The gobbley gook aka call log used words like Fed PO, robbery in progress and a Jackson County case. Good luck figuring out what happened.
*A man was upset and breaking things at a woman’s home. According to the report he was threatening to kill himself because his “momma didn’t love him.” After ripping shingles off of her roof, deputies were able to speak to the man who said he was would hurt himself and I assume he was taken to facility that catered to issues like his.
*A plaid pajama wearing Kole Nelson was not happy with his parents. Deputies found Nelson walking down the road and held him at taser point. After getting Nelson in cuffs a search found cocaine. The jail was called and advised that Nelson was going to fight everyone at the jail. He was given a room in the county jail for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, assault four and possession of cocaine.
Oct. 19
*Another driving while suspended.
*Krystyne Kopr failed to appear for felony assault charges and went to jail.
