(Editor’s note: Factual information for ‘Tales’ is provided by the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office. All persons listed are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges can be amended or dismissed.)
Sept. 20
*Michael Smith was transported from Medford and detained at the jail for contempt of court on another case.
*An uncooperative Shawn Dee Lolosabal was taken to the sobering center. Deputies deemed her to be under the influence of meth as they couldn’t get any information about a vehicle incident. She was advised to call the PoPo when she was sober.
*A woman caller who was crying to hard to understand received bruises on her chest and arm when Sean Tryee Gunn threw a cup at her. My best guess is that Sean threw the cup at Shawn Dee Lolosabal but that’s just pure conjecture on my part.
*Kimberly Hogan had a few rough days. Hogan was camping with a man, who claimed he didn’t have a camp or a vehicle, that’s how this confusing saga starts. Hogan hit the man without a camp in the chest. The man said she pulled a knife on him and stole 200 bucks from him. Fast forward to a market where she was throwing garbage around and causing a scene. At the market she “keeps going after people with a bottle full of liquid smoke of some kind.”
Hogan was taken to the jail for menacing, theft two and unlawful use of a weapon. That’s a charge I fail to understand; how do you use a weapon to attack someone unlawful?
Sept. 21
*Carney Caleb was warned for speeding but his privileges for driving were suspended and the vehicle was towed. The log states the plates on the PT Cruiser aka clown car were from another vehicle. No charges were mention about that. But the irony is that clowns speed with invalid plates.
*Details about how Mark Mislon was apprehended were absent but the miscreant was picked up on a fail to appear warrant from Grants Pass PD for passion of meth.
*Luke Mulligan and Samantha Filmore were playing house in a dilapidated, mold filled “house,” that wasn’t theirs. Filmore’s brother came to collect her children and vehicle because she was on her way to the hoosegow for a fail to appear warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants and new charge of trespass one. Mulligan won a ride to JoCo Jail for fail to appear for possession of meth and new charge of trespass one.
*The artist formerly known as Elijah, yes, just Elijah failed to recall any event where he punched is girlfriend in the mouth and held her to a bed and covered her mouth. Oh, she said he bit her too. Elijah was taken to JoCo Jail with charges for kidnapping two, strangulation and assault four.
Sept. 22
*Joshua Pitts supplied fentanyl to someone named Jenkins. Pitts was booked on charges of supplying contraband.
*Someone was cited for no valid operator’s license. The driver believed, to be a she / her, had two passengers who fled the scene. Your guess is as good as mine.
*Kyle Olin was booked on assaulting four and menacing charges. According to the log, Olin entered into a physical altercation with his dad, Mr. Olin. Mr. Olin stated that Kyle said mean things to him and was yelling at him. Here is the good part, Mr. Olin stated that he felt emotionally abused because he had to punch his spawn. I’m sure it must have sucked to punch your child but seriously.
*Donald Park parked this car in a driveway that wasn’t his. Turns out Park shouldn’t have been there due to a stalking order. And what with some people? Park had a warrant for failing to appear on previous stalking order violations, a couple attempt to commit unclassified felony and two assault of a public safety officer. Adding to his problems, a new stalking order violation.
*A “Sovereign Citizen was warned for expired tags and cited for driving while suspended.
Sept. 23
*Earlier in the evening a rollover incident was called in where the driver fled the scene. Three Rivers called 911 or whatever they call, stating they had a man who claimed he was carjacked at gunpoint. The person had scratched to his face and stated he lost consciousness and had a hematoma over one eye. There was a rollover earlier where the driver fled the scene. The end result is that Randy Adkins was charged with felony failure to perform the duties for a driver.
*A call came in that a storage unit business was being burglarized. Things escalated when Justin Stephens pulled a knife on the caller. Justin was charged with two charges of trespass, two charges of criminal mischief two, possession of burglary tools, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.
*Guess you get cited for driving while suspended and not having insurance.
*Michelle Brower slept off a good time at the sobering center. The day started off with Brower calling in sick to work. Her husband stated he found two empty bottles of vodka in the house. He continued to state that she left the house to get more alcohol as she was out. Well, she failed to stay within the lines and was pulled over. Brower woke up to charges of driving while intoxicated.
*The driver of an un-plaited Dodge Dakota was cited for driving while suspended five. He as advised that if he continues this behavior his Dodge could be impounded.
*It used to be auto theft, now is just unauthorized use of a vehicle. The good news is that with a UUAV, you just get cited. Roslin Miller had a for Ford Explorer with bad plates and no keys that was reported stolen from Vegas.
*What started as a night full of liquid libations, ended when a female caller reported a drunken disturbance. One male was punched and after allegedly drunk yelling Adam Johnston went to jail with charges of Assault four and two charges of DOC.

Sept. 24
*Kameron Baguley as cited for 70 in a 45
*Jeffrey J Clemons was cited for driving while suspended. You are likely wondering why he was pulled over, speeding and failing to renew registration. Doh!
“Saudoanna Shea Sanford warned for failing to maintain land and cited for no operator’s license.
*Patti Parsons dog Molly is being re-homed therefore the citation for potentially dangerous dog will be on hold until the re -homing is confirmed.
*Deputies recognized Juston Calderon who had a warrant for failing to appear on assault four charges. Calderon was also wanted for an assault two charge and menacing.
*What would a day of call logs be without an unlicensed K-9 call be like? Princess and Dutchess got into a scrum and the owner was cited for a potentially dangerous dog and no license. Not sure which one is dangerous, you know as much as I do.
More to come next week, same time, same page, same nonsense.
