Sept. 12
*Joshuah Kovis was cited for driving while suspended and warned for failure to carry proof of insurance.
*Jameson Vischer was charged with possession and marijuana. Vischeras must have been in need of money, he was also charged with distribution of meth.
*The caller who was moving from one location to another came back to find Joshua Smith had been squatting, sleeping in the victim’s bed, eating food, and left trash and feces throughout the home. Smith was charged with burglary one, theft three and trespass. Then lodged on JOCO County Jail. Then was left to ride away on bicycle with a full belly and few nights rest.
*Nicholas Morris went to jail for a restraining order violation. His appearance at the residence caused quite the stir. Seems Morris is a frequent flyer as he was arrested in August for the same.
*Jacob Thomas was pulled over and cited for driving uninsured while also receiving a warning for failure to register.
Sept. 13
*Jerry Parker was cited for driving while suspended and warned for failure to renew registration. Mommy was on the phone during the incident. Luckily, she had insurance and came to his rescue.
*Leroy Collyar was cited for driving without a valid Oregon driver’s license. The license he did have was taken. *Richard Park was cited for not having a valid Oregon driver’s license. Then was lodged in JOCO jail on a misdemeanor warrant out of Coos Bay for failure to appear on a DUII.
*Michael Owens was stopped for having two different license plates on his vehicle. One was the correct while the other was not. The plate was removed while he was being cited for driving while suspended, uninsured and illegal alteration. He then waved goodbye to his car as it was towed away.
*Ryan Romlee was cited while in a hurry doing 66MPH in a 45MPH zone.
*Michael Smith allegedly gets pretty drunk as the day goes on. According to the report, the drunker he gets the louder he becomes. Unfortunately for Smith, he has a restraining order and a felony warrant. Smith was taken to the JoCo jail for the warrant and new charges for the stalking order violation.
*Eldridge Burchfield was deemed intoxicated and arguing with a truck. He wanted the truck to go away and leave him alone. Burchfield slept it off at the sobering center.
Sept. 14
*A vehicle was towed as the driver didn’t have a license.
*A caller reported an open burn. As it turned out, Krisana Soderlund shouldn’t have been burning anything as she had a warrant for her arrest.
*Kacy Kyle Macaulay had to have his friend drive his car home as he went to jail for violating a restraining order.
*Dallas Hansen was located in his vehicle and was visibly intoxicated. He denied any physical altercation and no further crime was reported. He was taken into custody for the Sobering Center as he was too intoxicated to safely care for himself. His vehicle was blocking a neighbor’s driveway and was towed as a hazard.
*Rex Allen Stansell JR. turned himself in to JOCO jail for a warrant that was issued for failing to appear on criminal driving while suspended.
Sept. 15
*Stephen Hayes was lodged in JOCO jail on an out of area warrant for unlawful possession of Meth.
*Driver X was observed going west at 45mph in a 20, a school zone. Not only by Radar but by pacing him with the vehicle behind him that drastically slowed down when entering the school zone. Driver X continued to keep speeds up around 40-45 mph until being stopped.
*Driver was cited for driving while suspended. Was his lucky day because his PO didn’t want him detained, but his vehicle was towed away
*Daniel Biggs JR. apparently trespassing and threatening people. Biggs was held by 2 bystanders until sheriffs arrived and took him to Three Rivers Medical Center. While there he attempted to escape. Then was taken to JoCo Jail and charged with Trespass two, Escape three and resisting arrest.

Sept. 16
*Gabriel Sacco was nabbed on a warrant out of Siskiyou County for a probation violation.
*A white Dodge Charger was clocked at 60 in a 40.
*A driver was cited for going 52 in a 30.
*During a squabble Robert Schenk punched his female roommate in the face. Schenk got a new roommate at the JoCo jail and a harassment charge. Hopefully he doesn’t “squabble up,“ with his new roommate.
Sept. 17
*Jessica Smolich who was “highly intoxicated,” thought taking a 16-year-old to the ground by her hair, was a brilliant idea. Smolich was given three hots and a cot at the JoCo Jail on a physical harassment charge. Actually, the food isn’t hot so if you are hungry, don’t follow her lead.
*Someone was cited for six counts of unlicensed dogs. *Driver cited for driving while suspended and warned for speed.
*Driver warned for speed and cited for no valid operator’s license.
*Apparently you can’t tow a maroon-colored vehicle. ”He” was cited for no operator’s license. According to the report, “He was backing a vehicle through CJ to get home because the transmission is broken. He was warned for the tow, color maroon.” I have no idea what the heck happened at the stop.
Sept. 18
*Everyone was being good boys and girls today, nothing to report.
Sept. 19
*Christine Beach was in a hurry; she was cited for doing 83 in a 55. *Conor Hochberg didn’t have an Oregon driver’s license. Hochberg was cited for not having a license and for running 77 in a 45.
*Dakota Alan Ree failed to appear for a possession of meth change.
*Luke Combs was charged with driving while suspended. Combs thought his status was no longer revoked. His passenger a female known as “XXXXX” had a concealed handgun in her backpack. More trouble came as the license plates on the vehicle belonged to a deceased veteran. The plates were seized and the two were sent on their way.
*Robert Winter was going through a tough breakup and wasn’t happy. It’s alleged that Winter punched his sister in the face then left hitting cars along the way. The dreaded broken hearted Winter drove to the sheriffs dept. to face the music earning the night at the JoCo Jail for assault four.
*Deputies were attempting to stop two motorcycles but one ditched his pal and took off. The rider that stayed on the scene didn’t have an operator’s license and his bike was towed. It’s not clear if the rider that left or stayed was Donald Doney Jr.
*Jeffery Waegner was at a location he didn’t belong. Waegner was taken to JoCo jail for the night for trespass one.
