Sept. 3
*We love unlicensed dogs in Josephine County. Unfortunately for Ms. Soteara, her husky embarrassed another human with its silly games. The playful pup wreaked havoc on the neighbors after jumping its fence. Soteara was cited for one county of and two counts of unlicensed K-9’s. Not sure what the second dog was.
*An unnamed female was pulled over for an unknown reason was warned for driving while suspended as she had documentation that did not match DMV records. Unfortunately for her passenger, Jonathon Montes was wanted by Klamath county on a felony warrant for fail to appear on a felon in possession of a firearm. Montes was taken to the JoCo Jail without bond.
*Derek King was wanted for failing to appear for a trespassing charge in Grants Pass.
*Big day for randoms, another Them/ They were cited for an unknown speed in an unknown speed zone.
*Some random was cited for driving while suspended, warned for no insurance and improper display. Them/They were told the next time they drive while suspended they vehicle will be towed.
*Trevor Warren Jones had a memory problem when he was asked for his name during a trespassing call in Selma. He was charged with possession of Meth. However, he may have had a reason for giving a wrong to the deputy. A felony warrant from the Oregon State Parole Board stemming from a for sex abuse two sentence.
*Today is so random, another unknown per was cited for doing 71 in a 45
*A random was warned for fail to renew vehicle registration, cited for being “no old” and uninsured. Its my assumption it was the vehicle not medical insurance.
*Wow! Another random was warned for improper display and cited for driving while suspended and “VIO DRIVING UNINS.” Your best is as good as mine. His car was towed, that I do know.

Sept. 4
*Whenever a log starts with, “the jail has been notified,” you know it’s going to be a good one. A caller heard a loud crash and saw a vehicle in a ditch near the Cloverlawn sign. Certainly, they must be intoxicated the call indicated in the report. Jesse Steel was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving and sent to the JoCo Jail.
*A small dog on a leash was attacked by another dog on a leash.
*A bumper less truck that didn’t hold a license plate. “Rymer,” claimed to be working on getting one mounted. Rymyer also lacked a valid driver’s license and valid insurance.
*Richard joseph Souter, also known as William Souter, has a warrant in Missouri and they didn’t want him returned for some reason. The second is from Wisconsin, oddly they didn’t want him either. This might have you wondering why, as we are. Seems he had surgery the following day. Wonder if that had anything to do with no one wanting him in their custody. Souter was cited and released for a felony warrant weapon offense. Guess no one wanted to foot the bill for the unknown surgery. In case you are wondering why the warrants were for, they weren’t for speeding tickets. Between the two states the charges were for unlawful delivery of meth, unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of a machine gun, short barreled firearm and silencer. Oh, and 13 counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
*Ian Derek Berry was making a mess of things under an unnamed bridge. The bridge with no name was marked with no trespassing signs. Berry was going to get a warning but during the contact with deputies he felt the need to lie about his name. After some digging the deputies found out who he actually was. The deception was likely due to two warrants. The miscreant received two additional charges of trespass one and false information to a police officer. His parole officer requested he be detained for a post-prison violation. The takeaway here is, don’t make a mess under a bridge with no trespassing sign.
*Marissa Ziegler was cited for careless driving for unknown reasons.
*Ginger Colleen Jenkins-Caldwell didn’t have insurance and the vehicle was towed.
*Jackie Clemons was warned for speeding and fail to renew registration. Clemons was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Nothing was mention about the vehicle being towed. Makes me wonder what Ginger (the entry above for less charges) did to get her’s towed.
*Sean Kramer was cited for driving while suspended, speeding and not having insurance. Kramer’s bike was towed.

Sept. 5
*Frequent flyer Carly Jensen received a trip to Grants Pass for failing to appear on trespass charges.
*Rachel Simon had a fail to appear for theft warrant. Simon was held without bail.
Sept. 6
*After hitting a few street signs Travis Modtland was given a bed at the JoCo Jail for elude, reckless driving and criminal mischief two.
*It started with a male stating that he heard gun shots from hearing a woman scream help three times from an abandoned property. Lawrence Heiser was found to have two warrants. For driving under the influence and driving while suspended. Nothing more was said about the gun shots or a woman plea for help.
*Randall Strader was charges for driving while suspended. His special lady friend was advised not to allow Strader to driver her car.
*Glenn Suthann was cited for speeding. Not very smart as he also had a suspended license. Glenn, a little advice, only break one law at a time.
*California drivers sure like to speed. Jo W. Aarhus was cited for 91 in a 65.
*Scottie Annis didn’t have insurance when he was cited for 93 in a 45.
*Spencer Zamora was cited for doing 74 in a 45. At least he had insurance and didn’t have any warrants.
*Harpreet Sing was singing the blues after a ticket for doing 90 in a 65. Shocker alert, another Californian.
More to come next week, same time, same page, same nonsense.
Sept. 7
*Daniel Miranda-Reyes was looking for his vehicle. It was towed for unknown reasons.
*Ronda Burnett allegedly had a few drinks and smacked her mother a time or two. Mother declined medical attention but Ronda was given a room at the JoCo Jail. She also was charged with assault four.
*According the the call log, Bart Batesel likes them young. Batesel had a warrant for his arrest for being an alleged pervert. The creep was wanted for digital penetration of a child under 10, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and lewd act with a child.
