Aug. 22
*A driver from Washington was in a hurry, unfortunately Merdan Myradov was driving with a suspended license.
*Synthya Hall was warned for switching license plates and cited for driving while suspended.
*Debra Bradshaw’s dog didn’t have a license and was running amok. Bradshaw saw the need to fix her fence. She was cited for both issues.
*Emile Michael Cruz Garcia was nailed with a ticket for 91 in a 55.
*Justin Shelton was driving when he shouldn’t have been. Shelton was cited for driving while suspended.
*This is another guessing game log. A caller said her boyfriend was intoxicated and wanted him to leave. There were some language barriers and, in the end, Julio Rodriguez Garcia was charged with harassment.
Aug. 23
Damion Clark was picked up on parole violations. Apparently, he was passed out drunk and had a meth pipe in his possession.
*Kenneth Legault had the pedal to the metal and was cited for 88 in a 55.
*Elleia Wachaska Nawage was cited for 92 in a 55 and driving while suspended.
*Anthony Rimoldi was upset with the mother of his child. Rimoldi was under a restraining order and shouldn’t have left a voicemail that contained threats of physical harm. He was cited and released for the violation.
Aug. 24
*A dark colored pick up was cited for 76 in a 45.
*A son was arguing with his mother and throwing things at her. All mom wanted to do was sleep. Unfortunately for Michael Carrero, he failed to register as a sex offender.
*A silver passenger car was doing 64 in a 35.
*A 17-year-old female was having issues with her foster parents. The caller said the child got intoxicated the prior night at a friend’s house. At some point the child became physical with the parents striking one in the face twice. Additionally, a knife came on the scene and she claimed she was suicidal. As the call continued the parents and child went back and forth between hugging and yelling at each other. Ultimately the child was arrested and put into a cruiser. But the fun didn’t end there. After banging her head in the car, she managed to slip out of her cuffs. The minor child was charged with Assault two, assault four, three charges of strangulation, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest. She was detained at the juvenal justice center.
*Mark Fuller was charged with strangulation after a physical altercation where the other party accused Fuller of chocking her and not letting her leave the premises.
*A female driver had no issue stated that it was her car and she planned to drive it while her license was suspended. The deputy had another opinion and had her car towed.
*A Nisson Driver failed to renew the vehicles registration.
*Someone in a Dodge Ram was cited for 72 in a 45.

Aug. 25
*An unnamed person was cited for driving while suspended and clocked at 50 in a 35.
*It’s not clear how a welfare check on Happy Hershell landed Brandon O’Brien in hot water. A probation violation is sending O’Brien to Warren County, Mo.
*Tyler Burrow is going back to Trinity County for a probation violation.
*A driver was cited for driving while suspended and warned for no registration.
Aug. 26
**Bret Leon Courtmurphy was picked up for a warrant from Josephine County.
*Folks, license your dogs! Typing this each week is getting old.
Aug. 27
*Jason Bergstad sent nine videos to someone he wasn’t supposed to contact. In addition to his restraining order, he now has charges for probation violation and stalking.
*David Sheldon was warned for failing to signal, no insurance and cited for driving while suspended.
*Merissa didn’t see that the vehicle towing a trailer in front of her was breaking. Merissa and her daughter were taken to three rivers with non-life threating injuries. Michael was cited for no operator’s license and Merissa failed to carry her license.
*A call came in stating that William Herren, was breaking into a house. Herren then took off across the river to evade capture. Turns out that Herren is a runaway. He was taken to the juvenal justice center on charges of Trespass two, escape two and resisting arrest.
*Mitchell Thornton wanted to burn the property down due to a landlord tenant issue. He was charged with possession of meth and a probation violation.
*After being cited for driving while suspended, Gregory Johnson was not happy to have his truck towed. He popped the hood and pulled the battery and other items out of the truck. First, he screamed and threatened the tow driver.
