Farmer Gulch Timber Sale 2025TS-1 is located in tax lot 100 of 33-6-16 and is estimated to contain 1,816 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $618,600.00. A bid deposit of $62,000.00 is required
Upper Hog Timber Sale 2025TS-2 is located in tax lot 3400 of 34-7-22 and is estimated to contain 1,641 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $512,620.00. A bid deposit of $51,000.00 is required
Jumpoff Joe Timber Sale 2025TS-3 is located in tax lot 1000 of 34-6-36 and is estimated to contain 920 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $253,010.00. A bid deposit of $25,000.00 is required
Mountain Ranch Timber Sale 2025TS-4 is located in tax lot 1800 of 40-7-11 and is estimated to contain 1,435 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $520,140.00. A bid deposit of $52,000.00 is required.
North Valley 40 Logging Contract 2025LC-1 is located in tax lot 600 of 35-6-14 and is estimated to contain 184 mbf of timber.
