BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
SUBJECT: The JOSEPHINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing regarding fees for the County which include proposed changes for the following programs:
- Recreation
TIME: 9:00 a.m., WEDNESDAY, March 5, 2025

JURISDICTION AND LEGAL AUTHORITY: Board Order No. 2000-25, Uniform Procedure for Setting Fees Charged by Josephine County, approved by voters at the election of May 16, 2000.
All interested persons may appear and be heard on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 starting at 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will be live streamed on the County’s website and can be viewed at https://www.josephinecounty.gov/livestream. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting remotely can do so via Zoom. If you wish to remotely attend the meeting, please email bcc@josephinecounty.gov and include “Remote Attendance” in the subject line, and our office will reply with a Zoom invitation.
Written testimony must be submitted by Tuesday, March 4, 2025 by 4:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that changes to the bylaws of the Illinois Valley Family Coalition will be considered and voted upon at the upcoming board meeting on Friday, February 28th, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM. Meeting to be held at 535 E River St Cave Junction. Proposed changes include updates to board roles, term limits, and procedures for meetings. Full details will be reviewed during the meeting.

The Kerby Water District (KWD) will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Kerby Belt Building, 24353 Redwood Hwy. The meeting will include but not be limited to monthly business and financial reports. This is a public meeting and both the public and district members are encouraged to attend.
