The property is subject to forfeiture under ORS 131.550-131.600 as proceeds and/or instrumentalities used in the following prohibited conduct, and/or the solicitation, attempt or conspiracy to commit the following prohibited conduct: possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and/or manufacture of a controlled substance. A proposed supplemental budget for Three Rivers School District, Josephine County, State of Oregon, for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be considered by the Three Rivers School District Board during the monthly board meeting on the 20th day of November, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. (ORS 294.473, renumbered from 294.480). The meeting will take place at 8550 New Hope Road, Grants Pass, Oregon 97527. SUBJECT: The JOSEPHINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS has entered an Order declaring its intention to initiate formation of a rural fire protection district organized under ORS Chapter 478 and will conduct the second of two public hearings to solicit comments on the proposal for formation.
PURPOSE OF PROPOSED DISTRICT: To provide an adequate level of fire protection service.
NAME OF PROPOSED DISTRICT: JOSEPHINE COUNTY RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
BOUNDARIES OF PROPOSED DISTRICT: ALL of Josephine County territory as described in ORS 201.170; EXCLUDING the following:
(a) territory located within the boundaries of currently existing rural fire protection districts in Josephine County; and
(b) territory located within the incorporated cities of Cave Junction, Oregon, and Grants Pass, Oregon; and
(c) territory as set out in ORS 478.010(2)(b)-(e); and
(d) non-contiguous territory in Josephine County that will not be benefitted by the proposed district;
