Railroad Sale Timber Sale 2024TS-1 is located in tax lot 100 of 34-6-17 and is estimated to contain 2,821 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $1,225,190.00. A bid deposit of $123,000.00 is required

Range Change Timber Sale 2024TS-2 is located in tax lot 2200 of 38-8-36 and is estimated to contain 933 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $269,040.00. A bid deposit of $27,000.00 is required

Reeves Timber Sale 2024TS-3 is located in tax lot 200 of 39-8-2 and is estimated to contain 1,575 mbf of timber. Minimum bid for this sale is $523,950.00. A bid deposit of $52,000.00 is required

The property is subject to forfeiture under ORS 131.550-131.600 as proceeds and/or instrumentalities used in the following prohibited conduct, and/or the solicitation, attempt or conspiracy to commit the following prohibited conduct: possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and/or manufacture of a controlled substance. This is to give notice that on Monday April 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. the Cave Junction City Council is scheduled to meet in accordance with Land Use Hearing Rules and ORS 197.763, will hold a Public Hearing to consider a Land Partition submitted by HRP LLC for property located at 101 W Hanby Lane. Assessor’s Map (39-08-16-DB TL 121). This property is currently zoned Commercial and is currently one tax lot at 3.48 Acres. The request would create two tax lots; the first one would be 1.78 acres the second would be 1.70 acres. Possible actions include Approval, Approval with Conditions, Disapproval, Table, or Continue.
