JOSEPHINE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Before the Josephine County Board of Commissioners
SUBJECT: The JOSEPHINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, in accordance with the Land Use Hearing Rules, will conduct a public hearing for the second reading of Ordinance No. 2024-001 described as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 2024-001; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY CODE (ORDINANCE NO. 2018-004) BY AMENDING TEXT OF THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY CODE TITLE 19: RURAL LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, TO UPDATE CHAPTER 19.76 WILDFIRE AND EMERGENCY SAFETY STANDARDS AND 19.65.070 STANDARDS AND CRITERIA FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
ORDINANCE COPIES: Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection or purchase at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 500 NW 6th Street, Room 154, Grants Pass, Oregon. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be furnished to each member of the Board of Commissioners one week prior to the public hearing.

The Kerby Water District (KWD) will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Kerby Belt Building, 24353 Redwood Hwy. The meeting will include but not be limited to monthly business and financial reports. This is a public meeting and both the public and district members are encouraged to attend.
