JOSEPHINE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Before the Josephine County Board of Commissioners

SUBJECT: The JOSEPHINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, in accordance with the Land Use Hearing Rules, will conduct a public hearing for the second reading of Ordinance No. 2024-001 described as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 2024-001; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY CODE (ORDINANCE NO. 2018-004) BY AMENDING TEXT OF THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY CODE TITLE 19: RURAL LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, TO UPDATE CHAPTER 19.76 WILDFIRE AND EMERGENCY SAFETY STANDARDS AND 19.65.070 STANDARDS AND CRITERIA FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
ORDINANCE COPIES: Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection or purchase at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 500 NW 6th Street, Room 154, Grants Pass, Oregon. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be furnished to each member of the Board of Commissioners one week prior to the public hearing.

TIME and DATE (HEARING): 9:00 a.m., WEDNESDAY, February 28, 2024

The Kerby Water District (KWD) will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Kerby Belt Building, 24353 Redwood Hwy. The meeting will include but not be limited to monthly business and financial reports. This is a public meeting and both the public and district members are encouraged to attend. The KWD is an equal opportunity provider.
