Josephine County Fairgrounds Restroom Renovation
Josephine County Facilities Services

Josephine County Facilities Services is accepting bids for the Fairgrounds Restroom Renovation. Sealed bids will be accepted at Josephine County Facilities Services, 705 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and after which time they will not be received or accepted. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to: Ryan Johnson, Director, Josephine County Facilities Services, 705 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526. This project requires the contractor to supply expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for the renovation and upgrades of six (6) restrooms at the Fairgrounds. The project will include upgrading sinks and toilets with automatic hands-free operation; installing new faucets, sinks, countertops, and partitions; sanding, polishing, and resealing floors; and painting. Completed restrooms must meet all ADA requirements.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference and walkthrough will begin at the site at Josephine County Fairgrounds, 1451 Fairgrounds Road, Grants Pass Oregon 97527 on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders or their authorized representatives are required to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have attended the pre-bid conference.
Prequalification of Bidders is required. Bidders may obtain a Prequalification Application from Josephine County Facilities Services, 705 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on November 27, 2023.
This contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.

On 05/19/22; 12/06/22 the above-described property was seized by the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office. The property is subject to forfeiture under ORS 131.550-131.600 as proceeds and/or instrumentalities used in the following prohibited conduct, and/or the solicitation, attempt or conspiracy to commit the following prohibited conduct: possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and/or manufacture of a controlled substance.
