Local pranksters moved a Knife River roadside message board and hijacked the message Thursday, Sept. 21. In a response to a phone call to Knife River Communications Manager Jay Frank responded via email. “We were alerted to the unauthorized accessing of a Knife River roadside message board in Cave Junction this morning and removed the unauthorized messaging immediately. At the time of the incident, our crew was working approximately three miles to the south of the sign’s location.
