Missy Morgan, 62, of Cave Junction, died August 2, 2023 at Celia’s House in Holmes Park, Medford OR.
A celebration of Missy’s life will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Cave Junction Senior Center, 520 E. River Street, Cave Junction OR 97523. Arrangements with Illinois Valley Funeral Directors.

Claudia Jean (White) McLay (Claud, Claudhopper, Claudiña), 61, Aug. 13, 2023. She was born March 28, 1962 in Santa Monica, Calif. and died in Kerby, Ore.
She is survived by her three daughters Casey McLay, Erin Hunter and Katie McLay; and granddaughters Emily Marek, Finley Cyr and Everleigh Burt on the way.
Claudia was a fireball, super funny, caring and an amazing human being. She loved fishing, gambling and spending time with family. She worked hard and shared her compassion as a psychiatric nurse for many years.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Aug. 25, 2023 at Illinois Valley Funeral Directors. Private interment will be at Laurel Cemetery.

Lois Mae Mosier, 79, of Grants Pass, died Sept. 6, 2023 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.
Lois was born May 22, 1944 in New London, Wisconsin to Leonard and Mildred Steinbach. She grew up on the family farm in Symco, Wisconsin. Lois attended Manawa High School, Oshkosh University, and IBM training in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
On Sept. 26, 1964 she married Jack Green and they had two daughters. The family spent three years in Kenitra, Morrocco, Africa while their father was in the United States Navy. In 1969 they moved to Wisconsin and in 1972 they moved to Oregon where Lois worked for 31 years at Rough & Ready Lumber Co. in Cave Junction. In 2008 she retired and moved to Grants Pass.
She is survived by her two daughters Kimberly Nettleton of Wasilla, Alaska, and Kim Green of Grants Pass; sister Joanne Grocreowski; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.
No public services are planned. Interment will be at Symco Cemetery in Symco, Wisconsin.
