Sunday, July 2
*Daren McCollum was driving his recently purchased 2001 gold-colored Honda CRV with a smashed windshield near Redwood Hwy. and Clear Creek Road at 10:33 a.m. McCollum was warned for driving while suspended (DWS) and no insurance. McCollum had a warrant from Albany Police Department for contempt of court, so he was cited and released to appear July 21 at Albany Municipal Court.
*The driver of a Honda Civic was warned for failure to obey traffic control device near Schumacher Street and E. Forks Circle at 11:33 a.m. He apologized for running the stop sign and claimed he did not see any cars, so he just went through.

*A tenant tried to remove his items from the 900 block of Lakeshore Drive, but his landlord poured gas on his trailer and lit it on fire at 9:01 a.m. Justin Lee Brighman had a felony warrant from Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) for probation violation (PV) for possession of controlled substance (PCS) marijuana. Brighman was detained in Josephine County Jail (JCJ) on the warrant, which gave his tenant a chance to retrieve his belongings.
Friday, July 7
*Leandro Paige was taken into custody near the 100 block of S. Caves Avenue at 1:23 p.m. Paige was detained in JCJ for disorderly conduct (DOC) and third-degree theft.
*Two men were detained in JCJ following a disturbance in the 300 block of N. Hussey Avenue at 5:41 p.m. Felipe Oscobedo was charged with stalking order violation (SOV), and Joseph Gullotto was charged with restraining order violation (ROV).
*An intoxicated mother threatened her daughter with a small, green-handled pistol, then stated that she brought her into this world, and she would take her out of it. Patsy Dashner was arrested at 10:28 p.m. near the 300 block of Caves Hwy. Dashner was detained in JCJ for menacing-domestic violence (DV), unlawful use of a weapon, and pointing a firearm at another.
