NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
This is to give notice that on Monday July 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 222 W. Lister Street, Cave Junction, Oregon, the Common Council of the City of Cave Junction will meet in accordance with Land Use Hearing Rules and ORS 197.763, will hold a Public Hearing to consider a Major Site Plan Review for a transitional housing development with a common building and 16 small housing units submitted by AllCare Community Foundation, Inc for property located at 204 South Kerby Ave Assessor’s Map (39-08-21-AC TL 1100). This property is currently zoned General Employment/Light Industrial and is currently one tax lot at 3.46 acres. Possible actions include Approval, Approval with Conditions, Disapproval, Table, or Continue.
