A default has occurred under the terms of a trust deed made by Linda C. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.752(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: Delinquent Monthly payments from March 1, 2021 in the sum of $6,050.87, and monthly payments in the amount of $144.23 from April 1, 2023 plus prior accrued late charges in the amount of $53.43, together with all costs, disbursements, and/or fees incurred or paid by the beneficiary and/or trustee, their employees, agents or assigns. NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Three Rivers / Josephine County Unit Joint School District, Josephine County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held at Three Rivers School District Administration Building, 8550 New Hope Road, Murphy, Oregon.
