April 14
**Starting April 14 – Oct 20, the Cave Junction Farmers’ Market is open for business! Every Friday from 4-7 p.m. at 24100 Redwood Highway, across from the Kerbyville Museum. Celebrating 10 years! The RiverStars youth will perform at 5:30 p.m. Friday April 14 at the Farmers’ Market. Come support the local youth!

April 15
**Rough & Ready Wildflower Hike Saturday, April 15 at 10 a.m. Meet at the parking area at Rough & Ready Botanical Wayside, south of Cave Junction on Hwy 199 at mile marker 34.
The walk through Rough and Ready Wayside is geared for Plant enthusiasts and novices alike. This is a great opportunity for folks to come out and enjoy the spring wildflowers no matter what your skill level is on plant identification. This is a short hike on rocky, but level ground, with lots of beautiful wildflowers to see. A portion of the hike will be along a wheelchair accessible path. **Saturday April 15 from 5-8pm: The Southern Oregon Guild & Bridgeview Winery proudly present, ART IN THE VINEYARD, a new Guild Member gallery at Bridgeview’s newly renovated Tasting Room! Kicking off the new gallery, local artist Sheila Mason will be displaying a solo collection of her landscape paintings and sculpture. Sheila is a self-taught artist who has been living in the mountains of the Illinois Valley for over 30 years. Her 3D landscape paintings celebrate the flora and fauna of the Siskiyou & Kalomiopsis Wilderness, specifically old-growth Pacific Coast Redwoods. Join us for a FREE opening celebration at Bridgeview to hear Sheila share her creative inspirations. **Drop-in Storytime at Josephine County Library in Cave Junction, 11 a.m. ​- 2 p.m., with stories read aloud by Deborah every half hour and a themed craft available all day. For families on a tight time schedule, craft kits are available to take home!

**Selma Food Pantry change: The Pop up pantry in Selma has moved. Beginning Thursday, March 16 it will be the same time at 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., but will be in Kerby in the parking lot where the Farmers’ Market happens. 21400 Redwood Highway, Kerby. Questions call 541-479-5556.

**Adopt-A-Senior **Volunteers wanted to assist senior and disabled residents in their home with light duty activities and /or socialization and to drive residents to doctor or grocery store. ** HIV Alliance offers services in Cave Junction every Tuesday from noon – 3 p.m. at Immanuel United Methodist Church (across from Shop Smart). Services include: Free and confidential HIV and Hep C testing. Needle Exchange and drop box (all syringes welcome), and overdose response and Naloxone training.
