On Friday, March 17 I.V. Garden Club member Kathy Lombardo gave an entertaining presentation about her Rose Garden Makeover at Immanuel Methodist Church. Lombardo did her own illustrations on a poster and described the process of rescuing old, strangled plants and then preserving them during two years of demolition and construction and creating solutions to problems along the way. I.V. Garden Club meets at Immanuel Methodist Church the 3rd Friday of the month. Social time is at 12:30 p.m. and the meeting is at 1- 3 p.m. Annual dues are $10.
