Rough and Ready Creek flows over and around Seats Dam Monday, March 13. According to Illinois Valley weather reporter Chris Granville from Selma, the year-to-date rainfall is now 35.70 inches. She also reported that 1.10 inches of rainfall in 24 hours was expected March 13 and road or creek flooding was possible.
