The Toby Fund is pleased to announce receipt of a grant award in the amount of $5,000 from the Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation. These funds will be used to help low income owners pay pet veterinary expenses.
The Toby Fund was established in 2006, and received a nonprofit designation in 2007, with the mission of helping low income pet owners in rural southwest Oregon pay the veterinary expenses of their pets. Specifically, they cover all of Josephine County, including Grants Pass, and adjacent rural areas of Douglas and Jackson counties.
In 2022 they helped provide veterinary care to 215 pets of which most owners were elderly, disabled, single parent households with children and/or homeless.
If you need help paying the veterinary expenses of your pet, call 541-866-2527, or go to our website, Tobyfund.org.
Donations will be gratefully received, as there is always more demand for services than supply of assistance. Donations may be mailed to PO Box 277, Grants Pass OR 97528 or you can donate via PayPal or credit card by visiting Tobyfund.org.
