**Saturday, Dec 10, 3-6 p.m. at the Illinois Valley Visitor Center the Chamber presents … The Santa’s Holiday Event. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there distributing toys to the children of the Illinois Valley with hot cocoa. Bring your letters to Santa!

**Tuesday, Dec. 13, Illinois Valley Amateur Radio Club (IVARC) will be having our monthly meeting @ 6 p.m. at Wild River Pizza in CJ. We have a weekly emergency General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) net every Monday @ 7 p.m. We host meetings at Wild River Pizza in Cave Junction every second Tuesday of the month, from 6-8 p.m.. **The Annual Meeting of the Illinois Valley Soil & Water Conservation District will be held Dec. 15, 2022, 6 p.m. at the IVSWCD Office located at 331 E Cottage Park Drive Suite 1B.
There will be refreshments, speakers, and a White Elephant Gift Exchange. As with all IVSWCD meetings, the public is welcome.

**Adopt-A-Senior Volunteers wanted to assist senior and disabled residents in their home with light duty activities and /or socialization and to drive residents to doctor or grocery store. ** HIV Alliance offers services in Cave Junction every Tuesday from noon – 3 p.m. at Immanuel United Methodist Church (across from Shop Smart). Services include: Free and confidential HIV and Hep C testing. Needle Exchange and drop box (all syringes welcome), and overdose response and Naloxone training.
