Sunday, Nov. 6
*At 9 a.m. a property owner in the 100 block of N. Redwood Hwy. was startled when he poked a bunch of tarps and a woman underneath screamed and cussed at him.
*A white or gray 2009 Nissan Titan may have been stolen from the 27500 block of Redwood Hwy., according to a report at 3:56 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 7
*At 9:22 a.m. a guy claimed that a black 2006 Harley-Davidson soft tail went missing from the 1800 block of Lone Mountain Road overnight.
*A hand grenade was sitting on a table in the 100 block of W. O’Brien Street at 11:34 a.m. Fortunately the shell had been drilled so it was no longer active, just part of a collection of military firearms.

Tuesday, Nov. 8
*A woman, 94, was deceased in the 600 block of Dick George Road at 6:06 a.m.
*At 2:29 p.m. a fellow in the 200 block of Finch Road was happy to recover his gray 2005 Chevy Malibu after he loaned it to an individual with dubious credit references.

Wednesday, Nov. 9
*Dustin Wayne Ridenour was arrested at 10:25 a.m. in the 24100 block of Redwood Hwy. Ridenour was detained in Josephine County Jail (JCJ) on a felony warrant from Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) for probation violation/elude and felon in possession of a weapon. Diane Marie Sheldon was cited and released to appear in Josephine County Circuit Court (JCCC) Nov. 30. Sheldon had a misdemeanor warrant from JCSO for reckless endangering and four counts of failure to appear (FTA) for driving while suspended (DWS).
*At 12:41 p.m. a thoughtful thief offered to return a truck stolen from the 1900 Lone Mountain Road if the owner ‘calls the cops off’.
*Angela Newlun was warned for trespass in the 100 block of S. Kerby Avenue at 12:50 p.m. Newlun was cited to appear in JCCC Nov. 30 for FTA for criminal DWS.
*A fellow with $ tattoos on his face walked away with a loaded Taurus G2C gun that was left behind in the 300 block of Caves Hwy. A report was filed for first-degree theft and stolen firearm at 1:29 p.m.
*When a repeat trespasser was asked to leave the steps in front of a business in the 200 block of N. Redwood Hwy. at 2:19 p.m., his response was “Make me.”

Thursday, Nov. 10
*At 11:54 a.m. a missing person report was filed after a citizen noticed that a blond bearded fellow had not been seen since September 20. Distinguishing features include a tattoo of a bear on his upper right arm and cross on his left forearm.
*A resident in the 300 block of Cornett Lane claimed that someone was in her house on Nov. 9, but all they did was move a plant. (Did they at least water it?)

Friday, Nov. 11
*Concerned citizens claimed they saw a fellow in his underwear when he jumped off the bridge near Redwood Hwy. and Rockydale Road at 9:09 a.m.
*Dennis Knight, Jr. was wanted by Oregon State Parole Board for a felony warrant for parole violation for negligent manslaughter with vehicle. Knight was detained in JCJ following his arrest at 11:27 a.m. near Western Plaza.
*Daniel Martinson was taken into custody near the 200 block of O’Brien Road at 12:24 p.m. Martinson had a felony warrant from Oregon State Parole Board for parole violation for homicide, so he was detained in JCJ.
*At 3:10 p.m. a gal near N. Boundary Avenue and W. River Street stated that a month ago her backpack was stolen, along with her identification documents and EBT card. She was not too concerned until she received notices from a hospital in Portland indicating that another individual used her information.

Saturday, Nov. 12
*A bull charged a vehicle near Holland Loop and Takilma Road at 9 a.m. At 11:13 a.m., the roaming cows were contained, but the bovine bully was on the menu.
