Catch the wave at Mountain Stars Quilters Guild Quilt Show July 22 and 23, 2022!

The guild is excited to once again be able to show their handiwork and share it with the general public. The show will be returning to the Medford Armory, 1701 S. Pacific Hwy., Medford from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 22 and 23, 2022. Admission is still only $5 (children 10 and under enter for free).
Because their 2020 show was canceled due to COVID-19 they will have over 200 quilts on display, some of which will be available for purchase. There will also be quilting related vendors offering the newest fabrics, projects and tools. The popular Pins & Needles Boutique will again have gently used quilt books and sewing equipment in addition to items made by members. Plus there will be fabulous themed Raffle Baskets and hourly Floor Bingo for door prizes.
This year there will be two amazing featured quilters: Sue Cunningham will showcase her “tradition with an eclectic twist” and Susan J. Tresner will “run with scissors.” Be sure to stop by to visit with the featured quilters and view their work.
Special displays will include the 2020 “Let’s Get Wet” Guild Challenge quilts, Quilts of Valor made by guild members for veterans and service members affected by war, the 2022 Southern Oregon Longarm Association challenge “Words are Power”, and the Rogue Modern Quilt Guild “Bee City” quilts.
Also, you will be able to buy tickets for a chance to win the guild’s custom designed opportunity quilt, Butterflies & Blooms, along with the set of matching pillow shams. The winner will be drawn on July 23 at the close of the show.
